ShelfPulse helps operators track public competitor signals across Shopify storefronts. These terms explain what the service covers, what it does not guarantee, and how billing works.

1. Service Description

ShelfPulse is a software service that monitors publicly accessible Shopify storefront data, including product names, pricing, and catalog changes, and delivers alerts and related intelligence to subscribers.

ShelfPulse is intended for lawful competitive monitoring of public e-commerce information only.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use ShelfPulse only for lawful business purposes and only in connection with monitoring publicly available Shopify store data.

You agree not to use ShelfPulse in a way that violates any law, infringes third-party rights, disrupts public websites, or attempts to access non-public systems or data.

Use ShelfPulse only for monitoring public Shopify storefronts.
Do not use ShelfPulse to scrape private, restricted, or authenticated content.
Do not misuse the service to overload third-party websites or interfere with their operations.

3. Pricing And Billing

ShelfPulse is offered at a price of $29 per month unless another price is displayed at checkout.

Subscriptions renew according to the billing cycle presented at purchase and may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date.

Unless required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable for the current billing period.

4. Public Data Disclaimer

ShelfPulse only targets publicly available data exposed by Shopify storefronts. ShelfPulse does not claim ownership over third-party store content and does not guarantee that any particular store, product, or price feed will remain available.

Public storefront data can change, disappear, be rate-limited, or become inaccurate without notice. ShelfPulse does not guarantee uninterrupted coverage, completeness, or accuracy of any detected signal.

5. Limitation of Liability

ShelfPulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

ShelfPulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the service.

You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on the information provided by ShelfPulse.

6. Changes To The Service Or Terms

ShelfPulse may update these Terms of Use or change, suspend, or discontinue part of the service at any time. Continued use after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.

7. Governing Law And Contact

These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
